"Elevator didn't work for a few days,hot water basically non existent. Only worked once in a while. They told us the bottle water provided was free but charged us at checkout. The room was not very clean and had bad odour. The street noise was excessive. Many homeless in area."

"I can not say enough good things about this property. It is easily now my favorite hotel in Da Nang. The lobby is cozy and always smells nice. All the staff is friendly. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The views from the room and the lounge at the top of the property are spectacular. It's across the street from the beach, a short walk to downtown, lots of food options nearby. I really couldn't ask for more. The breakfast buffet is very nice and convenient. Lots of great dishes for guests to experience a nice mix of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Regardless of how long I stay in Da Nang in the future, I plan to spend some time at Phuc Long Luxuary Da Nang because I know I won't be dissapointed."
