"Very poor condition overall."

"It was an average stay, the pool was out of use during my stay without any prior communication which was a disappointment.. There was a musty nd damp mell in my room on the fourth floor. The linens and towels were clean but the room felt very tired. The gym didn’t have towels our spray to wipe clean although there were sign up to are they were available. The equipment ws old and tired. It was ok for somewhere to lay your head and I wished I had booked 1 night not 2. Not really value for money...

"Lovely stay at The Edgewater. Fantastic property near town and many cafes and restaurants. Great spot for a sunset happy hour at Mal’s bar. Good value for Raro. We also enjoyed a great afternoon cocktail at their sister property Club Raro which was also a great place."

"We had to cancel our trip at last minute and we were very disappointed they would not refund our payment or even at least half payment on compassionate grounds, they did eventually refund 2 nights out of the 11 we were booked for. Airfares and insurance didn’t hesitate, full refund or credit. Think they need to look at compassionate refunds"
