The staff make this property special so welcoming and friendly Area round the hotel not terrible great and there is no Beach - sea looks very dirty here but you are walking distance from the cruise port so it’s a bonus.

Breakfast at the property was great. Staff very friendly. Great location walking distance to Lautoka town. Had to request missing amenities couple of times. I suggest larger room bins to be provided one in the bathroom and one in the room

Like: very nice local staff Dislike: we came for ITF tennis tournament however unlike other tournaments hotel around the world, this hotel does not honor the tournament rate published on ITF website, and they cut off that tournament rate more than 2 weeks before the 1st tournament . Players book after that cut off date had no choice but have to pay a higher fee as there is no other good hotels around. This is a bit disappointing however understand this hotel is very popular.

We chose Tanoa Wwaterfront because of it’s proximity to the Markets and Bus Station, but weren’t disappointed by the hotel itself: it seemed mostly for business travellers but suited us well, even though other people were up and about (& making noise) before we were. Food in restaurant & bar were good and the gardens and aspect to the sea were lovely. They have water bottle free refills. We’d stay here again

The staff , breakfast service the cleaners of the room was very good we very much appreciated all above . We are vegetarian and they even had provisions for us as well by providing Indian vegetarian dishes. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others as well. We checked out 5am this morning they even had packed breakfast for us on requeste. Also I would like to suggest to the management that they should periodically get the property treated with pest control as well. Thanks kindly Dewash
