"When we check in, we ask for 2 queen bed then when we reach the room it's only 1 queen bed and I didn't bother to go to the front desk, the staff is grouchy not friendly. When we enter the room by the door on the floor there's is a lot of small particles i don't know what is it and they don't clean the room unless you request not like other hotel they clean everyday. Really disappointed not coming back"

"The pictures on the booking page are not the actual location, and it's no wonder. The whole place is under complete construction, and it's a huge mess including the wonderful view of the trash filled pool. Although the room itself was clean, there was still drywall texture on the shower tile and the bottom of the tub flexed which was odd for a steel tub. The interior swing lock was broken and missing half of the latch, and only the handle lock worked. If I had not been so exhausted and taken so long with the concierge on the screen to check in, I would have canceled and moved on"
