"Reception staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast v good adequate overall good experience"

"The position on the marina was very good Our room was not well cleaned well, surfaces dirty, dead flies in the bath, mould on shower tiles, cigarette butts on veranda, air conditioning not working. No cups, glasses, tea towels or washing up sachet, no tea or coffee in room. No top sheet on bed, doona too warm. Pool area untidy with wet towels left there"

"Very good location and close to G-Link Station. Very hotel for family with little kids."

"I would not recommend this place at all. I actually left one night earlier than planned because I couldn’t sleep due to bugs in the mattress. I was itching all night. The accommodation was extremely dirty, especially under the beds, and the rooms were full of dust. There was no daily cleaning service, and there weren’t even any cleaning supplies available for guests to clean up themselves. Towels were not changed daily either. You had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels. Overall, a...

"The reception area and furniture was dated and needed a good spring clean. Our room was clean and tidy, but had lots of blue tape holding up lamitate on the walls. Pool was missing lots of tiles. Definately not a 5 star hotel and not as pristine as it looks in the photos. The roof top spa was amazing, as was the view from our room. Nice central location and helpful staff."

"Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated. Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. Also, bring face clothes, and, if you can,...

"We booked the penthouse it had limited supplies, no coffee pots or tea or anything basic which my brother had at his apartment across the road for a third of the price, same views. Was old and shabby and the message in the envelope was more about ensuring we cleaned the dirty place, emptied all the bins before we left as if normal people don’t do those things. Biggest whinge no hairdryer - even basic motels on the road have them. We won’t stay here again."

"This hotel was in a great location for us. So close to public transport, shops and Restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly cheery young lady at reception. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We were kept well supplied with toiletries, but unfortunately milk was not replenished so only had the one coffee during our 3 night stay. Air con worked well.It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the laundry at no extra cost."

"Location is great, clean room and bathrooms. Be aware of the restaurant/ bar downstairs. Overhall agréable value place."

"Great place to stay so close to the beach and very friendly staff, hopefully it stays around for awhile longer so many bigger residential places taking over the area"

"Lovely room but the sleep wasn't the best. Other patrons thought it was a great idea to sit out on the stairs and drink and yell. Lovation is great."

"The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast."

"great"
