" The Solace Hotel I liked the hotel, cozy, spacious room, upgraded, bed with good sheets and pillows, clean bathroom with a shower head working very well. The location is very close to the center, we could do everything on foot, and being on a hill wasn't a problem for us. There is a great Japanese restaurant opposite and a steak restaurant very close by. In the center it was very easy to take public transport to go to Puerto Montt and Frutillar. "Immediately next to the bus station ...could not get any closer...literally 30 steps to my bus in the morning...perfect for early buses...right at the waterfront....walked to the cinema in a very nice mall... Room was fine, bed was acceptable, all very clean...carpeting in hallways very worn and tired but in room was fine. Food in restaurant very basic. Value was acceptable. I slept well!"

"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "

"We originally booked 3 nights, and we're in the old wing. Then, we extended for 2 more nights and stayed in the newer wing, for US$30 more per night. Totally worth it!!! What a view!!! We could just watch the wild life and sunrise from our sofa. The newer wing has an elevator and bigger rooms. Highly recommended!"
