Location and view from the room were great. Staff was kind and helpful. The main downfall was that the carpeting in the room was old and stained.

We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!
