"Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. "

"The Sheraton Station Square was a delightful surprise! My grandson and I were in for the NFL draft and we couldn’t have had a better stay! The breakfasts at The Factory were exceptional, the bartenders were professional and fun, the room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend them more highly! "

"Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay. "Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. "Clean and very spacious, and the price is absolutely affordable. I doubt any hotel near Pitt can match the price, space and cleanliness. My boy attends Pitt and this will be our default stay from now on"

"We had stains on our carpet! There was cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and in the bathrooms ! The shower wasn't cleaned properly there was hairs on the shower walls! I left after the first day ! I'll be calling the main office ! This place needs a serious overhaul!"
