I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. "The hotel is in the perfect location. The rom is excelent but unfortunately there are no elevator in all the buildings, so getting all the luggage in the room could be challenging if you're not strong enough. Enyway the staff if very friendy willing to help you if you need. There are washing mashine, dishwasher plates and all you need for even for longer stay. But all of this will be not necessary if you have plenty of restaurands around you on the Piotrkowska street. "
