"The hotel was easy a walkable distance from the Central Railway Station. When we checked the staff, Paulina was very helpful and friendly. Recommended a few places to eat, which were wonderful. The room was lovey, spacious and clean, although a little noisy first thing in the morning, but earplug were provided. "

"Very nice chain hotel, right across from Chopin Museum and the park behind and about 15 min walk to the riverside. The room was small, but very clean, along with the bathroom. I wish it had a fridge, I had a queen-size bed room with city view. The breakfast was very good, with cheese, cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, all kind of spreads, fresh bread, pastries and fresh pancakes. Overall a very good experience af an excellent price."

I was offered early entry on a fee, but feel if member of hotels .com or similar provision could be made for early entry. "This Aparthotel is a few steps away from the Old Town. Right around the corner there's a grocery store and a great cafe with homemade food, that opens at 11 am. The appartment we stayed in was very clean, with beautiful furniture, decorations and a nice welcome gift on each bed.
