"The location of this property is amazing, right on the market square. Communication and the service provided by Laura was first rate. The only reason we didn’t give the property 5 stars was the lack of lift. Our apartment was on the second floor (51 steps to be exact)) and we found the lack of lift to be a major negative, especially when having to move suitcases up and down. We were unaware there was no lift prior to arrival (maybe we overlooked where it said there was no lift in the advertisement) but regardless this was a major negative for us and we probably would not return to the Mondrian because of it."
