Nice hospitality environment

Great property , a little walk to the beach, but amenities make up for it. Food was excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby for food options. They also call Taxi service for you to go anywhere within Goa. Pool was great. Massage Spa was great.

Excellent experience. Staff were what made this hotel fantastic, they really went out of their way to help guests and offered us extra help with several items. The grounds were extremely clean & quiet and felt safe with guards at both gates. Rooms were very clean. Best hot water I've ever experienced in India. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and friendly, however, I would recommend they add a few more healthy options and vegan options to the menu. Overall, highly recommended, we...

Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

We just finished a four night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . The staff was wonderful, the room clean and all of the equipment in good working order, except the WiFi was a little intermittent . It is located about a 10 minute walk from Donna Paula jetty in a fairly quiet area. This time there was construction on Donna Paula Rd. And traffic was diverted onto the street in front of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and tried to assist us with any concerns and plans(without...

Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

Very nice but little far from the beaches

Clean room. Efficient staff. Good front desk experience.

One of the best bathroom and shower

Fantastic peaceful oasis with large comfy rooms and a nice restaurant / pool area

We stayed in the hotel during the last week of April which is an off season for Goa as there are very less travelers (Indian and Foreigners both). The hotel was barely booked but the staff was still very alert, attentive and responsive in our needs during our stay. It was a complete homely experience for us during each and every encounter with the staff. Johnson the GM inquired about our stay almost everyday and the Bartender/Breakfast Server Babuli made sure we had everything what we asked for....

Parking was full . They asking lots of identifications . I mean only person who book needs to submit identifications

Very good property & great Hospitality. New property and clean room. Good dining options & staff behaviour is very good. Nice view around & good co operation by staff.

Marbella is beautiful property with top notch staff, the food is amazing and location is excellent. By the time we left we felt like family. During our trip to India we stayed in a range of hotels including 5 star luxury properties. Marbella was by far our favorite.

I had a pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved the coffee bar and food options in the lobby. A comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay. Great place. Cottage like feeling.
