"Fantastic place to stay within easy walking distance to rail service's and the river. Room was very spacious with small kitchen and plenty of places to hang clothes. Bed was very comfortable only down side was the plug in the wah hand basin once pushed down to fill sink with water to shave, i didnt know you had to go under the sink and fiddle about with rod's to push the plug back up to allow water to drain away. "The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. "This is an old property that has been lovingly renovated. The bathroom was modern, the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in the old part of Maastricht and is walking distance to everything. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again "
