" This is a lovely well kept hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to all that Exeter has to offer. I had a stunning room overlooking the Cathedral. I had not appreciated that there is no pick up or drop off point near the hotel. However, the reception staff provided a useful accurate map where my booked airport taxi could park ready to pick me up and it was minutes away. I look forward to staying again at Indigo Exeter. "Its a beautiful estate like property, very well groomed, in a great location. However, the rooms are very basic, albeit clean and comfortable, but the washroom was very dated and could use modernization. Also, the pillows were sadly very old. "
