"Great check in experience. We rode in on a motorcycle and he opened his courtyard as off street parking for us. It was easy to find and central to the historic sites of Derry. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast ladies made us feel very welcomed and prepared a delicious custom morning meal. Great experience! Highly recommend staying here. We would come back again."

"Grant Rooms is a hidden gem! VERY clean and efficient. The bedroom and private bathroom were great. The shared kitchen looked nice, but I did not use it. The rooms are extremely conveniently located to local places to eat, explore, and enjoy. The city walls are a few minutes walk away, as was the Peace Bridge. I felt very safe and would use them again. "
