Not the usual stay I’ve had in holiday Inn’s elsewhere in the world! Sink plug/drain fell out, shower floor was dirty, hole in the duvet cover, drapes were dirty on the back site. Staff however was very helpful on check in.

My son and I had a one night stay at this hotel recently and I must say that this property is first class. It's spotless and comfortable and the staff are helpful. However the only thing I did not like was that when we were having breakfast a couple brought a small dog along which I think is not hygienic at all. I don't know if this is allowed and the staff might not have been aware of this. The dog was quiet but I think should not have been there. Apart from that the breakfast was fantastic and this hotel is very good value for money. I would recommend this property to anyone.
