"Highly responsive and reliable staff: Only thing that could have been explained better was how to obtain the key after doing the online booking. The description made it sound as if the guests would have to check in and get the key from the main office first to then head to the actual property. "It would not take much to get 5 stars, but this stay was off season and service fell just short of perfect. We had dinner twice even though the menu was very limited. The second time, my wife's steak was requested rare and came overcooked. Replacement took 15 min which was very unpleasant arriving after having finished mine.
