This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback. Reportedly, it’s sister hotel Maestral (next to it) is newer and better in many respects so feel free to consider it; prices are very comparable.

Die Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig, obwohl es im Zimmer bereits früh morgens sehr warm war. Auf Nachfrage sagte die Rezeption, dass die Klimaanlage deaktiviert sei, weil es in den Nächten noch kühl sei. Die Getränkepreise beim Abendbuffet sind sehr hoch.

Alle sehr nett und bemüht! Außer die Herren bei den Kostenpflichtigen Liegen und Sport Aktivitäten! Die sind unfreundlich und das obwohl du für alles extra zahlen musst! Erst für unbequeme Liegen 16€ verlangen und dann noch 36min warten lassen für die Liegen und dann erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage diese aufsperren usw. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Essen etwas Verbesserungswürdig! Aber insgesamt ok!

Das Personal im Aminess Laguna ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung v.a. der Zimmer allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, es gibt nur eine Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer. Kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Kühlschrank,Flaschenöffner oder Wasserkocher sind auf dem Zimmer nicht vorhanden.

Ottima struttura sulle spiagge di Novigrad

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione a poca distanza dal centro di Novigrad, raggiungibile a piedi attraverso i sentieri delle belle strutture sulle spiagge, ma c'è anche il trenino turistico. I servizi sono eccellenti, sia all'interno che fuori, dalla splendida piscina all'ingresso fino alle due spiagge bandiera blu molto ben organizzate. Unica pecca, che stona con il resto, è il pagamento extra delle bevande, anche dell'acqua, per la cena in mezza pensione, mentre per colazione ritornano a funzionare i dispenser acqua. Per il resto tutto ok

Nonostante il prezzo elevato, sicuramente perchè era la settimana di ferragosto, la struttura è veramente ok, peccato la scelta di far pagare ombrelloni e lettini al mare e nonostante vengano pagati si deve fare il rally alla mattina per poter usufruire del servizio, anzichè prenotare i lettini per l'intero soggiorno. Nonostante le garanzie di ripristino del wifi nelle stanze, da parte dello staff, il wifi NON è presente nelle stanze. Molto comoda la passeggiata lungomare per raggiungere la città di Novigrad. Tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi. Organizzazione dei parcheggi veramente orribile. Ma come detto, era la settimana di ferragosto. Staff veramente preparato.
