"We stayed 3nights at the Parador de Ferrol to rest after a long flight from Australia before starting to walk the Camino Ingles. It was a good decision as Ferrol is an interesting town. "When I booked this hotel it showed air conditioner in the rooms, when I arrived there there was no air available. I ask the front desk and they said they did not have any that they had not updated the profile on Expedia. Besides this the bathtub was full of mold and towels stained. I decided to leave the next day and obviously this is one of those properties where you get no refunds. Smart move..."

"When I arrive at the reception I said I had a reservation and wait from some reaction ... The guy simply print the reservation paper on the table and looked at us as we were some alliens ...! So I ask what he wants and he asked "the ID card of course" and added "in your country what you show in a checkpoint" ... Well, indescribable :( In the room with a reservation for 2 people, they only putted on bath towel!!! Nothing was cleaned... I took a bath with my shoes... And to finalize they were 2...
