"My wife and I have been travelling through Europe for about 3 weeks. This has been by far the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at. The cafeteria downstairs has delicious food for an unbeatable price. The staff was the friendliest, from accommodating us for an extra night to helpings us organize transportation. Truly worth every penny and just a short drive away from destinations. "When I went to check in the gentleman at the desk, said I did not have a reservation. Not only did I have a reservation. I had prepaid for it months ago. I had the reservation number and the payment receipt, but he didn’t care. I had to contact Expedia, who then called the hotel. The guy at the desk didn’t speak English, so Expedia had to call him back with a Spanish speaker. It eventually got all sorted out, but it took half an hour of me waiting around for it to get settled"
