"The staff is fantastic and decisive. We checked-in late at night with no problem. They have a bar 24 hs and also a buffet breakfast for 10 euros (we couldn’t use it, but it’s sounds good). "Preciosa ubicación en zona encantadora. La habitación era excelente y tenía un bonito balcón con vistas al patio. La recepción 24 horas fue en realidad virtual. Hablamos con el personal por intercomunicador. En un momento dado, el personal nos colgó. Había pedido una plaza de aparcamiento pero cuando llegamos me dijeron que no, y tuve que aparcar mi coche lejos del casco antiguo. Aunque dijeron que el estacionamiento estaba justo fuera del casco antiguo, los espacios siempre estaban llenos...

"Hotel lovely inside. Warm welcome from reception. 20 min walk from centre of Pamplona. Nearby are shops cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable however the noise heard from above and next door was enough to put me off returning. The couple next door were obviously having a ‘romantic’ night and it was as if they were in our room. It’s a shame because apart from the paper thin walls it’s a lovely little hotel. "

Moreover, it is not easy to find or navigate AND is in a less than salubrious area on the edge of town, behind a petrol station on a small industrial estate.
