Room basic and compact but clean. Sweet breakfast, nice homemade cakes and quiche's but needs more fresh fruit, not just watermelon. Toast and hot breakfast not offered. Option of iron and ironing board would be useful. Towels and bedding changed after 3 nights unless you pay extra. Small Patio...

"We had a family room for 10 nights and it was a big nice room with two small balconies. The staff is very friendly and helpsome and the local beach is just a 3 minuts walk. The breakfast is Italien style with a very nice cappuccino! We’ll be back one day :-) "

"It’s a beautiful seaside town the hotel is clean and well kept family owned!! They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping with luggage etc breakfast was nice and the location is excellent may restaurants in walking distance and good parking !! "

"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. Lo abbiamo scelto per le nostre vacanze estive e non siamo rimasti delusi, anzi. Il personale è estremamente cortese, la pulizia delle camere ottima e buona anche la colazione dell'Hotel. Ottima posizione per visitare le spiagge limitrofe a San Teodoro. Nel paese sono presenti anche dei ristoranti non male."
