"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was...

"Hygenic rooms , friendly staff , comfortable stay. No inhouse dining , , no elevator,Tiger falls and Main falls a km awayfrom the property but definitely taxing aged person.Feels the cost of stay on the higher side. Swimming pool not so exciting as seen in the promotion of the property. NO toileterties and towel provided. Readily provided and extra pillow for our comfortable stay"

Appears to be severely Understaffed. Charges are high for such location. But services are not matched. But reception staff is friendly, but helpless to do more."

The past year has been stressful and Indimasi guided me and helped me detox, relax, do some yoga and receive health advice from medically trained staff. The setting was idyllic and lush and green, the staff attentive, and the therapies set me up for a healthy 2021. I would say run, don't walk, and visit them. They are not a five star hotel, but they have all the bells and whistles and you don't feel like you are in a huge and oppressive resort....
