The hotel itself is right across from the airport's Access Plaza, which holds the Tourist Information center and the train station. I only speak a little Japanese, and after a full day of traveling, and I needed help checking in. The staff member helping me was incredibly kind. The walls are a little thin, and that could be a problem for light sleepers. I was fine though!"
