The hotel was within a 20min walk to the main train station and next to a Lawsons. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby had all the room amenities that you could need and just helped yourself to. I would happily stay there again.

Near the station, easy access to Nagoya

We were pleasently surprised by the rooms, they were comfortable with enough space for us and our luggage, there's convenience stores, restaurants and a Don Quijote right next to the hotel, so all our needs were covered. It's also worth mentioning that Nagoya station and the metro are nearby, though a 10 minute walk is needed or 2 bus stations. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel for family. We love the free breakfast that’s included in the room price especially, lots of variety and veggie and meat, curry rice, many types of juice. It also has a onsen.

Very good hotel

Hotel is around 10 minutes walk away from the train station. Breakfast was simple nothing and special. Room was quite small but this is Japan. Mattress was a harder one and I like it this way. So overall I like the hotel.

Exactly what you'd expect in a budget hotel

Moderately-sized chain hotel located in the middle of Nagoya. Check in was smooth and staff were very helpful and understanding. Though bear in mind they have limited English ability. Room was petite but clean, typical of Japanese budget hotels. Lighting was not as bright as seen in pictures. However, overall good value for money.

Vacation stay

Towels were given everyday, even when requested not to clean room. Everything in the room and dining room were clean. The room was a good size for a single room. Amenities were satisfactory. Breakfast had a fairly good selection.
