"We stayed at the cottage and it was absolutely stunning. Plenty of room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden was amazing with our own outdoor fireplace. Even during loadshedding there was still light, water and wifi 😉. And every day we could play with the dogs. The food was really amazing. The chef makes delicious dishes. Host Annie is also the best, she knows what her guests like. You can ask her anything, nothing is impossible. We would definitely go back!"

"This is the most relaxing lodge! I came for a weekend retreat and loved every minute. I was able sit in my own little plunge pool and watch the animals come to the water hole. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. I 100% recommend this place "

"Staff struggled to speak English. There wasn’t a cook on-staff to cook dinner or breakfast. They come from Nelspruit (1 hour away). The bathroom had no toilet paper. The pool had green slime all through it. The bathroom had excessive mold on the ceilings. The surrounding area was extremely rural and wasn’t a safe feeling. The road to get to the hotel was full of pot holes the size of the car. On the plus side, they were cost effective and they did try to accommodate my dinner by offering to go...

"We loved our stay at Pezulu! The staff is incredible and the atmosphere is truly unique. Accommodations are a little rustic but comfortable, and this is part of the allure. Food was excellent. Eating dinner outside fireside was great experience along with drinks in the bar at night with other guests. Highly recommended!"

"This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "
