"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "The property has a good location, but it is a very busy street and it doesn't have a good noise isolation. So, it was hard to sleep and the noise around starts early (5am) with local traffic and train (it is beside a train station). Staff if very kind. I had problems with wireless internet and they worked to give me a cabled internet to work. They are very committed with user experience, I liked that. Many restaurants and local stores makes it very accessible place."
