"This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. "one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and two small kids, first the receptionist didn’t give us our rooms although I had a confirmation for staying there for three nights and all paid for. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out. Then the manager came who was very rude, abusive and swearing at us and my family which made my kids cry and get scared....

Noisy, not as on the pictures

"The pictures this hotel has on this site are not even close to reality. One of the reasons we booked this property was because of the roof terrace/garden this is now derelict. The room had exposed electric wires. In the bathroom you needed to run the shower for about 5 min before it became warm. There was noisy building work going on. Last but not least the walls it seems are made from cardboard and we could hear guests who were staying several rooms away from ours. On a positive note, the location is great and the bed was comfortabel"

"Very good place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. We could parked our car free of charge right at the door of the hotel. And the location is great, 3 min walk from the Meydan, the central area of the city. Simple place, Excellent staff and attractive prices. Definetly a good bargain."
