Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return. Very good food in restaurant and served breakfast, lunch and dinner..Very nice room with all amenities. Staff very helpful and polite. "I only spent 1 day in at the hotel and it was siimply amazing. I haven't slept so well in ages. The beds are so comfy and room super clean. At check-in & check-out Sefa was amazing and very sweet. I was even given a free upgrade. The location cannot be better - right at the city centre near all services and all the shops. I loved it!"
