"Uns wurde untersagt, die Parkplätze mit Ladesäulen am Hotel zu nutzen (obwohl sogar einer noch frei war). Begründung: diese werden durch “uns” benutzt, d.h. die Parkplätze werden wohl durch die Hotelangestellten benutzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte uns dann nicht mal klar sagen, wo wir sonst noch Parken bzw Ladesäulen zu finden sind. Sehr schlechter Service.

"Cute hotel overlooking the bay and mountains. Staff were so helpful and always available to answer any questions. Convenient to many bus stops and tours. Breakfast had many different options from eggs to meats to yogurt and granola. We loved the coffee maker that made lattes, cappuccino and espresso. "Das Hotel ist toll gelegen, man hatte durch das Fenster einen wunderbaren Ausblick über den Fjord. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.
Das Frühstück war elnfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend.
Nur als Hinweis: die Zimmer können im ersten Stock sein und es gibt keinen Aufzug.

Une recherche comparative interne nous a montré qu’il s’agissait d’insectes de lit ce que la gérante a refusé de reconnaître plaidant que c’est impossible en pays nordique. Solo tuve un problema al hacer el check in ya que había reservado una Suite con dos camas y al llegar me querían entregar un cuarto con una cama y un sillón mientras ellos argumentaban que un sillón es igual que una cama siendo que en Expedia venían imágenes y descripciones con “2 camas” y uno un sillón y una cama… al final y después de argumentarlo me cambiaron de cuarto, pero si fue desgastante convencerlos y hacerlos entender que ellos estaban mal"
