"This family owned hotel is a diamond find. The hospitality and guest services are exceptional and genuine. Niccolò, Simonetta and Matteo are friendly, kind and always ready to help you in your exploration of Montepulciano, restaurants and many other sites nearby. The room was spotless, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite satisfying. We hope to return to this wonderful little hotel."

"Owners were awesome, very helpful, both spoke English. Breakfast was pretty nice. Hotel was clean, neat and the grounds were quite pleasant. The roses out by the entrance to the pool gorgeous and amazing. My only complaint was having to ask for the air conditioner remote. Even though the nights were cool, getting the air to transfer outside with out movement was impossible. Oh! And not a bad location if you have a car."

"The accommodations were very good as were the service and the breakfast buffet. Only problem is that central Chiusi is not a walkable distance from the property. Had to take cabs back and forth, although the man in reception was very helpful in arranging this. No restaurant on the premises but Nanna Rosa is very close to the hotel and the food there is wonderful. "

"This property is easy access to a parking lot at the bottom of the town. Its a fairly easy walk and like others said in their reviews, there are several flights of stairs to get to the elrooms but there is plenty of help to get luggage up there since the staff is waiting dor you tonarrive. Once up in the rooms the view os amazing. Instayed in room 40 which has the private terrace so the extra stairs were worth it.
