"Smooth check in process. VERY cold refrigerator for Europe. Parking directly close to the room. Great and plenty of hot water. Good Wifi. Quiet room and very clean. A/C was horrible , really non-existent. Rooms seemed new. I also felt I was back in college, but that wasn't an issue. Elevator was a plus. I did not take the breakfast. Again my only complaint was no A/C, but it does cool down at night. I would return again if I was in the city. Dan"

Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...

The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations.
