"Very convenient location. Small boutique hotel, run by a small team of staff who have to multi task, but this is also what made the hotel much more personal experience. Staff spoke minimal English but this did not stop them trying to help, excellent serevice. The breakfast was not much, a hot drink and some toast but for the price of the hotel and Jeonju having so many places to choose to eat this was not an issue nor impacted our hotel experience. "First of all it’s an actual art gallery so that gives it a vibe right away. The rooms are neat and each one is unique. There’s a cool rooftop too - except when I was there it was raining so I didn’t get to hangout there. Next, you can’t beat the location it’s right next to Jeonju Hanoi Village! But last and not the least is the amazing service of the staff, especially Ji Cheol who was so helpful and hooked me up with a kakao taxi not once but twice during this trip!"

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."
