"Family run Guest house with care."

"Si quieres estar lejos de la ciudad y del ruido, es la mejor opción. Naturaleza, silencio y ambiente tranquilo y seguro. El personal es muy amable y atento. Solo sigue muy bien la ubicación de llegada y ante cualquier duda, primero confírmalo, ya que está en medio de la nada."

"Very modern and clean property with friendly and attentive staff close to the center of town."

"Would recommend this hotel "

"Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service."

"Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location. I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin. But everything else was great"

"Very clean and good location"

"Newly built hotel! Everything is in place! Cleanliness and staff are tip top level! Highly recommend! "

"Nice, friendly staff.very close to old city (5 min walking)"

"The one thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the train station, so it's very convenient for catching an early morning train. Otherwise, it advertises more than it offers. The promised city view was a window looking out onto the wall of the next door building, the hot water heater to make tea was broken, and the a/c was weak. There was no sign of any spa or other amenities."

"夜行列車で疲れ果てていましたが、ホテルに着いた瞬間に部屋のカードをくれたのが最高に気持ちよかったです。"

"Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful."

"We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! "

"If you come to Khiva you must stay at Yoqut Guest House! They treat you like family - we were even invited to a wedding, which was fantastic! Meeting people and experiencing local culture is the ideal way to travel. Cannot recommend enough. 😃"

"Everois fine."
