"It was very nice room and clean and the bed was very comfy and nice after long day driving"

"When I went to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned. They wanted to refund money. I told them it was after midnight and we needed a room. They were able to get us two separate rooms instead with the second one for free. I thought the furniture and carpet were very outdated. Carpet throughout hotel had multiple stains. Couch in our room showed multiple stains. Door in room says check out is noon but housekeeping started bagging on our doors starting at 10am. And walked right in."

The first room had two queen beds and a fold out couch, the second room only had two queen beds. When I told the front desk because I didn’t want to be charged for a bigger room when we couldn’t stay in that one she said that they don’t have rooms like that. The pool was kinda gross!!
