"Amazing location, friendly staff, great value, view from room was unbelievable!"

"It was dark, the side door light bulb was burned, there was no assistance with suitcases, the bathroom smelled terrible and there was no hot water - we were told to wait 30 min and it finally came at 10 pm. The breakfast was cold, the corridors dark. There was not even one spot for handicapped parking, the parking lot was very dark. We asked for room with shower but still got a tub. This is a very dated and basic hotel and does not deserve 3 stars. I gave two stars instead of one just for...

"Beautiful property and wonderful staff. However, our room was very very small and had no place for us to organize our stuff (no drawers and almost no room to hang anything)! Great location to enjoy Meteora and visit all monasteries. Good breakfast."
