"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y a distancia de a pie de las principales atracciones de Alcoy. Algunas de las habitaciones tienen vistas privilegiadas de la ciudad que es preciosa. La habitación muy limpia, espaciosa y cómoda. El mobiliario no es moderno pero adecuado, la única queja las almohadas que eran durísimas. El desayuno bueno pero muchos huéspedes en grupos grandes pasaban demasiado tiempo haciendo sociales y en uno de los días casi no pude desayunar porque no había mesa disponible. El...

"Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"A very atmospheric hotel with friendly, helpful, sociable managers. A great transformation from an old rail station to a very comfortable establishment. Easy walk to town, spacious rooms, and good ambience in the main restaurant and lobby areas. Would easily return. Laid-back managers were very flexible about check-out. "

So easy right off the highway, great parking, could walk to Almansa, grocery store nearby, wifi worked well, great & hot shower, clean room, nice staff. All the things a traveler hopes for and more. "The hotel is situated in a lovely rural location and therefore is peaceful and unique. We were met on arrival and offered a drink, then shown the room followed by a gentle stroll to the swimming pool. We had arranged for dinner, bed and breakfast and everything was freshly prepared, well presented and delicious. The whole feeling we were left with was that we were special and well looked after.
