"They property is not suitable for those with young children. No handrail on stairs and spiral staircase to roof terrace , propriety needs some attention. The light in kitchen did not work properly while there is a hob there is no cooker no grill. Microwave yes but grill option didn’t work .hot water is in a tank you have to plug in. "The apartment has no hot water in either thekitchen or the bathroom wash basin. The only hot water is in the shower. The electricity supply is weak. If a heater is on at the same time as the kettle the main switch trips and everything goes off. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift-66 steps to climb.
