Communication was very good before travel. In a quiet area but easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Beautiful pool area at the end of the street. Fabulous outside space. "Montemar is a smallish urbanisation near La Finca golf and centre. Surrounding area us very attractive and near to Guardamar beach and Spanish towns of Algorfa and Almoradi (which come alive at night. House is clean, well equipped, with lovely comfortable main bed, good air conditioning and small but functional kitchen. Pool is directly outside front door and is lovely but area can be a little noisy. Patios and roof terrace at back of house overlook a yard where dogs are kept, and didn't find...
