"Toilet seat was loose ! Shower wasnt working propely . There was a cigarette burn on the bed throw , we told the receptionist on our first day ! He said he would get someone to come have a look , they never sent anyone . Ivasked for a smoothing iron 3 days in a row , never got one . Bit disappointed as the staff were very friendly all round . "

"Wonderful little apartment for our stay with our 3 teenagers. Apartment is a short walk from the train station which was convenient. Staff wa friendly and helpful with our remote check in since we arrived at 8 pm. Would definitely stay again!"

"The location is good there are 2 metro stations close by. The rooms are small but that's normal for Paris. The rooms got renovated but they would definitely need a deep cleanse for the floors, walls, bathroom (toilet) & new curtains would make a huge difference too."
