"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...

"It was booked last minute, as I was super tired. But this was a great nights sleep."

No desk check in was a little odd, but we were able to get into our room, just before midnight on the day we checked in with no issues. It was very warm in the room and in the hallway outside, though the lobby area was clearly air conditioned, no problem at night as we were able to open our windows to let the cool night air in. That quickly became an issue at 6am the next morning when the VERY loud...

"Für eine Nacht absolut ok, Automaten Check-In problemlos, allerdings funktionierte die Karte in der Nacht nicht mehr und die Option eine neue Karte zu erstellen funktionierte auch nicht. Dafür hat die Hotline bestens funktioniert, keine lange Wartezeit am Telefon und neue Karte erstellt."

"Out of season stay in Telc visiting friends there so very very quite Cleanness in bathroom was poor as toilet bowl was brown with scale which was disappointing to see but wanted quite place to stay and got it "
