"Perfect place to stay while visiting NYC hospital! Convenient, clean and safe location close to highway with free (easy) parking. Felix at front desk was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful over the 3 days we were there! The only frustrating part was the restaurant/bar not being opened after a long day with a relative in a NYC hospital. Highly recommend."

"In our room we had a few mishaps such as our sink water did not get hot, our phone you could not hear the person and the person could not hear you. One of our drawers to the dresser kept easing open by itself. The phone was fixed with a 2nd contact to the front desk and the other items were never fixed."

"We booked knowing this was an old property, and we wanted it for that reason. The room in the older building did look a little tired, and the balcony was run down and tired, but it had lovely views. What I didn't know and what detracted from enjoying the balcony, was the loud music that came from below us and lasted until 11:00 p.m. I called the hotel and was told the music "usually ends" around 10:00-10:30 p.m. So, by 10:45, I called again and was told that he would contact the bar.
