It said parking included - but it’s first come first serve NY parking. So I parked at a nearby parking garage. $22 pr night It was very affordable and decent, but very minimal. For example no bed table - (water bottle and phone on the floor) - no bed lamp. 2 outlets in the room (one by the door) - one with the fridge plugged in it. Bed was fine and hot water pressure too. Probably ok for the price I paid. Not sure how long they can used the phrase newly built.

My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day.

Our stay at Liv Hotel was for one night. It was clean, conveniently located within walking distance to the MetroNorth and one stop from Fordham University, the NYBG & The Bronx Zoo, & Arthur Ave. Surprisingly very quite on the street over night. Windows insulated the street sounds. Interior walls could benefit from better sound insulation. Onsite parking is a bonus. Basic vending machine beverage & snacks in the lobby.

While this hotel is relatively new, it's just lacking some detail in regards to the poor quality towels and bedding covers that they provide. Bathroom lacks hangers for the towels and areas where you can put the soaps. Otherwise it's a relatively new hotel with vinyl floor and a good location next to the parkway. There's some exterior lights which appear to be unfinished with just electrical wires where fixtures should be installed. The parking is great and it's definitely a plus for this hotel.

We didn’t realize that the room came with king size bed. We requested a roller bed and they did not have one. Secondly the hair dryer was torn off the wall. They never put it back on. One thing that I did like was that the rooms were clean.

Room was good after they switched us since the first room was leaking water in the bathroom we had a non smoking room for what all you smelled was weed & our last night there someone put music on full blast at 4:20am sound like a night club in my room & had to change my key card 3 times out of the 4 nights being there.

The room and hotel were clean and the staff were helpful. It is obvious the property has been remodeled, but the rooms are still missing some of the amenities that would make this a 4- or 5-star place. The room was missing some basics like a suitcase rack, hangers in the standing closet, sufficient, toiletries and towels, USB plugins, extensive TV channels, and full-length mirror. The location is "fine" during the day, but at night I did not feel safe walking to/from the nearby (three blocks) subway/train stop. There is limited free on-site parking, which is a big plus in New York.
