"The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. Parking is 17 eu re o a day so not cheap, and I would have...

And the location was just perfect, in the middle of the old town, close to the cathedral and market square with lots of good restaurants. We will certainly go back there."
