He took my number and name, and then nothing. I had to go back down the next day, just for him to tell his manager left and tried to get a hold me, nobody called me. "The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and everything we wanted. The room was comfortable, but the pillows barely functioned like pillows. Desk was out of water when we wanted to purchase some. Staff was very friendly and kind, and welcomed us wonderfully."
