"This place was so good we have decided to look for more Sleep Inns when we travel. The ma at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He seemed to enjoy his work. He remembered my name when he saw me 15 minutes later and followed up on how my room was. The room was perfect. We don’t go for luxury since we are never in the room more than 8 hours. This was clean, spacious, updated, and so comfortable. There wasn’t a single thing about the room I would change. I was able to relax and sleep so well. Breakfast was unreal. Hot and cold items that were DELICIOUS. I loved everything about this stay. "

I called to change the date for my stay, the staff member Jasmine didn’t do her part of changing the date on the computer, and I was charged for the date that I change originally from which ended up being a no-show and then the bedroom that I ended up staying smell so bad, the room didn’t have towels and didn’t have a remote. It was just awful."
