"The thing I love the most about this place was that the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What I disliked that reflected the four stars is the smell of the linens. It had a foul, musty smell. One of the pillowcases was so bad I could smell it before I got in the bed. I couldn’t even keep it on the bed. It was like a cross between body odor and wet dog. It was really bad. I did let the Front Desk staff know in the morning. And they said they were going to address it with housekeeping. I hope they get it fixed because the sheets were smelly, but that one pillowcase was absolutely horrendous! Other than that, it was great! I did not try the breakfast. However, it looked very plentiful. The coffee was great though! So yes, I would come again with the hopes that I don’t have a smelly pillow. I guess it’s a good thing that I travel with my own delightfully smelling pillow from home!"

"First off, staff was amazing! It was late and the gentleman at the check-in counter was very welcoming. Made us feel at home. The room was great. The pool was great. Breakfast was good. Very quiet and we all slept great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Lots of places to eat around the area. Go ahead and book it!"

"Located right in the center of town best the campuses, Executive is an easy drive to anywhere in the city. The only downside is that it's located right in the corner of a large intersection, so the traffic noise is extremely loud at all hours. The Plus is that the establishment is extremely clean and comfortable, and is well taken care of. The overall price per night is very reasonable also. The breakfast left something to be desired, but there are plenty of places around for dining. Overall a very good stay."

"It was under repairs but it was clean and the staff was all very nice . Very pet friendly and even gave our fur baby a sweet little pet surprise of treats and cookies and a small pet bowl and extra pet poop bags . I thought was sweet .we enjoyed our stay in Tyler"
