Lastly, the ironing board was broken and the cover was absolutely filthy - they were both replaced! Who is regulating these places?"

"Although the room was cosmetically clean and nicely renovated, the smell of the disinfectant and whatever it was masking was overwhelming. I was not able to sleep the whole night through and had to leave early in the morning because of an allergic reaction to the smell. Also, this is NOT a hotel, it is a MOTEL. I was deceived by the false advertising."
