"This place is a gem within the old town. Very comfortable quiet room overlooking the river, we had a big Thai breakfast and used the free bicycles to tour the city. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and would definitely return for future travels. Of note, after booking the suite, a comprehensive message was sent explaining the various tours, the residence services offered. I thought this was a very nice personal touch from the owner. "Location of the hotel is quite good on the river and close to the train station and main road into Ayutthaya. Overall the hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. The shower was poor located above the bath. Water pressure was low and at busy times very little hot water. The flexible shower cable was too short and I had to squat to wash my whole body. The room does not have a hairdryer but is shared among rooms, with a 30 minute wait the only time it was used. AC was ok. There is a small balcony but not possible to use."

"Very near with the temples and the old city as well as night market. All are walking distance. Easy to catch grab as well. The room is new just no chair inside the room. The hotel is quaint and small. Misleading in terms of the words “resort” since no swimming pool etc. But all staff are super friendly and welcoming. Price is very reasonable too. Got an open air pub just in front which made noise until 11pm. But other than that it’s really a quiet place. "
