"Hotel generally ok, bit tired in places. I was missing a welcome pack so didn’t know the times for breakfast, reception rushed through it all quickly and said pack to read but no pack and no reception when went back. Missing normal coffee in room only decaf. Breakfast a bit average. Fruit pretty poor processed fruit. Other stuff ok. Staff welcoming though room clean but a bit tired and bed board broken. "

We also notified them of allergens a month in advance and they went above and beyond to accomodate for us given the menu changed that evening. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I went to book the hotel to the moment we left after Dinner. The chef and kitchen staff make fantastic food and would highly reccomend eating here even if you choose not to stay. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. "
